Material： I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with this supplier. I ordered flower boxes based on the claim that the acrylic thickness would be 4mm. However, upon inspecting the boxes, I found that only the top, back, and bottom were 4mm thick, while the front panels were only 2.5mm thick. This was a clear misrepresentation, as the product was not as described. Technics： When I raised this issue, the agent admitted the mistake and offered a discount, but I declined because the product and workmanship were subpar. I had specifically requested 4mm acrylic on all sides, which was not delivered. Despite my clear instructions, I received boxes with incorrect measurements. To make matters worse, I discovered that the front panels were the wrong size once the shipment arrived in Vancouver, Canada.
